We can all make a difference to this problem, and by us partaking in this event we aim to get more people to talk about their mental health and have the resources available to help them. Anybody can struggle for any reason and that should never be a struggle faced alone, we’re doing this to raise awareness that you can talk in your struggles whether it be to family or friends or work colleagues anyone that you trust and not bottling things up can help hugely, just speak to someone anyone and together we can all help each other.

Miles For Mind is back in 2021! And we know how much charities need our support in these difficult times so we have created a series of events to cover each season in 2021! Four Seasons, One Reason. #MentalHealthMattersWe love the way running brings together a community of like minded individuals, who support & inspire each other on a daily basis. So we wanted to harness this support to help raise money and awareness for mental health and we also want to see how many miles we can clock up together!So far, the Miles For Mind community have raised over £410,000 for Mind and we're looking to build on this throughout the year.Every £1 you sponsor will help Mind continue the amazing work they do to ensure no one has to face a mental health problem alone.
