We're hoping to raise £5,000 for our 4-day-240-mile bike ride to Scotland.

In October last year, we lost a brilliant lad, Joe Stichbury.

Joe experienced mental health issues and went through an unimaginable time because of it.

This is why we want to support Mind.

Mind is a mental health charity that looks to give people with mental health issues the right support they need.

The journey won't be easy - especially since 3/4 of us are obese and Scott can't lift his arms above his nipples.

You may not have serious mental health problems yourself, but someone close to you might - whether you know it or not.

At the very least from this page, we want to help continue the conversation about mental health. You may have people around you that are going through a tough time and you can make the difference just by speaking to them.

So please, if you can, donate what you can afford and don't forget to speak to the people you love.
