Story
On the 13th December 2016 my little sister Vienna was born three months early, at 2lb 4oz and was very, very poorly. She worked very hard for 15 weeks in hospital, with the help of lots of doctors and nurses, to come home to us.
My incredible Daddy and three of his amazing friends (Alex Janz, Stephen Harris, James O'Connor, with support drivers Jamie Cripps and Rai Janz) have decided to cycle the 950miles from John O’Groats to Lands End to raise money for life saving equipment for the Oliver Fisher neonatal unit to help save more babies.
They have all been training really hard, night after night, weekend after weekend to make sure they are ready for this extremely difficult challenge. I have just met Daddy and one of his friends halfway through their first 100mile practice. They looked so tired and worn out, but were determined to carry on, Mummy and I talked about how it was all for Vienna and babies like her; it made me want to help, so I asked if I could do the bike ride too! She said it might be a little far, and I can't actually ride a bike yet! So I've decided to try hard for the next 10 weeks to learn how to ride my bike and I will also cycle everyday that they do.
