The National Literacy Trust aims to create a society in which everyone has the reading, writing, speaking and listening skills that they need to fulfil their own and, ultimately, the nation’s potential.

Story

We are doing a charity walk to raise money for national Literacy Trust. They help Disadvantaged children to become literate, especially needed after covid19 and many school closures.

As somebody who has Dyslexia and Learning Difficulties they really help so people like me don't fall to far behind the rest of the people your with developing their reading and writing skills.

They helped me a lot when I was at school as they came to my school and helped me and my friends learn how to read and write. We now want to raise money and do a charity walk to help others.

I will be walking at least 1k from Sale Waterside to the bridge at Dane Road.
