Story

Thanks for visiting our Twin Town Challenge 2020+2 fundraising page.

Our Whitley Stimpson team are delighted to be taking part in the Twin Town Challenge (TTC) for the second time over the bank holiday weekend 29th April to 2nd May 2022, for the final ever TTC!

After the great success in 2018, we will be joining the fun charity car rally along with 120 cars, travelling from Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire to Witney's twin town, Le Touquet in northern France. This is no ordinary rally, in that each team will be completing the road trip in a £500 pimped up car, in aid of SpecialEffect.

SpecialEffect is an Oxfordshire-based charity that uses video games and technology to enhance the quality of life for people with disabilities. Please help us reach our target! We have already raised over £1300 after our staff members Luke Wiseman, Laura Adkins and Maria Cunningham completed the Oxford Half Marathon. The vital funds raised will allow more people with physical disabilities to experience fun and freedom through cutting-edge technology. Track our progress on our team page.

The theme is ‘Battle of the Bands’ and our Whitley Stimpson team have opted for the Spice Girls as their chosen band. Our staff attending include Laura Adkins, James Blondel, Luke Wiseman and Oscar Ng. We look forward to seeing them in fancy dress!
