The World Federation of KSIMC is eradicating poverty within the poorest and deprived communities across the globe, by providing access to education, healthcare, promoting economic development, securing basic rights to food, clean water and sanitation, and building spiritual and vibrant communities.

Story

Since 2012, Who is Hussain has been pioneering the spreading of Hussain ibn Ali’s message to the world at large. From what started as a small group of like-minded individuals in London, UK, the organisation has grown into an international movement with 85 teams in 30+ countries. Now in our 5th year, we have managed to reach over 20 million people on Facebook, hosted 1.6 million page views on our website and received over 12,000 requests for more information Hussain ibn Ali.

That’s not to mention all the fantastic relief work carried out by our global teams annually. During our recent #Give campaign, we had reps from Hong Kong to Gaza, Milan to Arusha, Chicago to Kashmir coming together and serving over 75,000 meals to those in need, while garnering significant media attention from the likes of the BBC.

This year, we are launching our new campaign: #Itstartswithyou. The campaign seeks to develop a movement of individuals bound
together by a desire to enjoin good,
recognising that every movement towards positive change can be traced back to one person or one action. We want to bring back that emphasis to the individuals in our society - if we want to see a fairer and more just society – it starts with us.

This is where you come in. Not only do we invite you to join your local Who is Hussain team, we ask that you help us meet our fundraising needs which will allow us to continue delivering this noble message far and wide.

Our supporters have never failed to amaze us with their backing, and we trust this year will be no different.
