From 4-8th May 30 cyclists from Herne Hill will be cycling some 300 miles from Lancaster to Ayr and raising funds for two great charities:

• St Mungo's care for the homeless. With £10,000 we can help refurbish two kitchens where the homeless learn to cook.
• Practical Action in Africa: We're aiming for £5,560 to help rural health clinics get the solar panels they need for electricity.
