This is the 8th year of Why Not Run and this page is dedicated to raising funds for The Ben Daniels Memorial Fund in association with Cardiac Risk isn the Young (CRY).

Ben tragically passed away in 2011 from an undiagnosed heart condition aged just 15 and this year's Why Not Run event hopes to not only raise a considerable amount of money for Ben's Fund, but also hopes to raise awareness of the importance of having young people screened for their cardiac health. The funds raised from this event will go towards screening sessions for young people aged 14 to 35 years in the local area. Participants in Why Not Run will receive priority booking for these sessions.
