Lidl Mudder · 14 August 2021

The WSS Foundation is working towards development of cell lines, a natural history study & molecular genetics research. Paired with the mouse model, these pieces comprise a package for eventual WSS treatment development. The Foundation is also working to support & educate those impacted by WSS.

Story

One daredevil and one warrior.

Whatever I throw at these two they want to do it. Ever since I entered a couple of these events, they have wanted to have a go.

So here we go, Serren and Willow have entered the Lidl Mudder!
On the 14th of August they will be setting of on a mile run incorporating all kinds of obstacles involving climbing, crawling and negotiating obstacles designed to get you wet and muddy.

The whole event is to raise money for the NSPCC’s Child-line Service but Willow and Serren hope to raise some money, and a bit more awareness of Wiedemann-Steiner Syndrome; WSS for short.

You can see more about this rare syndrome that Willow has here.

and here.

If you can please spare some time and a little money in supporting these groups and some encouragement for Willow and Serren that would be great.

Thank You.
