I'm running the 2025 EMF 10K for Bowel Cancer UK, a cause that has recently become deeply personal as my mum was diagnosed with bowel cancer and is currently undergoing treatment. This race is part of my training for a marathon in September, and I thought it would be a good excuse to raise some money for a great cause.
