This year I am taking on my 6th London marathon for this very special cause. Year on year I try to do my bit for the charity I've done work for over 10 years now. I have been fortunate enough to be able to do these events and try raise as much money as possible for Action Medical Research (Children with illness). I've met some fantastic people through the charity over the years and have been given some great opportunities to do events that not many people get the chance to do. 

As I move into the last weeks of training feeling very underprepared due to a few injuries, I'm sure this will be my toughest London Marathon yet. I've done the hottest one on record and London to Paris on a bike (twice) in extreme heat but I've never run a marathon on a total of a 100 miles of training.... hoping to top this up a bit more before the day.

Please help me raise as much as possible for this great cause, it would be amazing to reach my goal and help the children that need our help most. Appreciate times are tough and I know this wont be possible for everyone, so I really appreciate you reading this and taking an interest.
