On January 27th 2024 Will and George will be competing in HYROX with the aim of raising £800 for Macmillan Cancer Support.

HYROX combines both running & functional movement, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated 8 times.

The Race: 1000m Ski, 50m Sled push, 50m Sled pull, 80m Burpee broad jumps, 1000m row, 100m Lunge, 200m Farmers Carry, 100 Wall Ball Shots. With a 1km run between each movement to keep us going.
