I am attempting to complete Tough Mudder on 7th September 2013. Tough Mudder is a hardcore 10-12 mile obstacle course designed by British Special Forces to test  my all around strength, stamina, mental grit, and camaraderie!!!- Sounds Awesome.....

However I am keen to raise £1000 for St Kentigern Hospice in St Asaph as they gave my Dad and family unbelievable care and support in the last 6 weeks of his long battle with cancer. I can not put into words how amazing the staff at St Kentigern Hospice are, and they are 100% funded by donations.
