St Barnabas House is a hospice based in Worthing which provides palliative care to adults with life-limiting illnesses and their families, both at the hospice and in the comfort of their own home.

Story

Will Blake, a mutual friend of the 6 of us was admitted to St Barnabas in May 2012 after being diagnosed with secondary brain cancer having already battled a malignant melanoma 12 months previous. Will given only a matter of weeks to live but he defied this though and battled on living his life to the full where possible with the help of St Barnabas.

Will finally lost his battle with cancer in October 2012 aged just 25 but the final months of his life were made comfortable by St Barnabas who not only cared for him but made it possible to do all the things he wanted to do before his death, whilst also supporting his many friends and family who visited him daily throughout his battle.
