Mental health struggles. 

I have suffered anxiety which has stopped me from doing things and speaking out. At times I would feel like an outcast and times where I would really get myself in a rut.

I am not perfect but I think that I am in more of a secure position where I am able to deal with my mental health struggles. 

I know people have had it alot worse than me and this is who I am doing it for. The people who are in a rut and can't seem get themselves out. The world is a harsh place. Its so easy for someone to leave hate or be discriminatory to someone online and be hidden behind a screen. 

Words have consequences and I think that its important to be spreading positivity in the world and allow people to be themselves. 

You don't have to donate but all I do ask is that you look after each other and speak out when you do need help. There is always someone out there who can help. A friend, a family memeber, a charity, your work colleague. It's always best to speak up than bottling everything up.
