I am hoping to raise a minimum of £300 to donate to Start360, a Northern Ireland based charity to help and support individuals with mental health and suicidal thoughts. 

The suicide rates in Northern Ireland last year was 197 deaths and therefore I plan to complete a 197 mile tab carrying 19.7 kg in weight over a 30 day period. 

This cause is extremely close to home for me with my late mother suffering with mental health issues and other members of my family also. 

Any donations to this amazing cause would be hugely appreciated and will help towards more support for individuals and their families; especially during the tough times we are in.
