This is a new personal challenge to help give back for the support I received throughout my diagnosis  for locally advanced prostate cancer, and surgery back in November 2017 also treatment throughout 2018 to present.  A special thank you to all medical professionals, family and friends and aftercare staff at; Macmillan Cancer Support, Beatson, Maggie's Centre Monklands and The Haven at Wishaw General Hospital -Thank you very much for your continued support.

I aim to help fundraise and raise awareness for the importance of charities like these that are hugely important to those living with cancer and a necessary platform that needs continued finance for research and development. 

Fundraising activities I've planned:

• Taking on an extensive 15-week training plan 
• Sweepstake amongst family, friends & colleagues
• Organise a 5-a-side football game (this should be fun!)
• Bake Sale (Anne's job lol)
