In 2014, my amazing Uncle Roddy died from cancer. I remember the shock  when I heard that he was dead. I cried for weeks because I knew I would never see him again. He was too young to die. 

I am running in this race (with my mother)  to raise money for cancer research. I will run with great memories of my Uncle Roddy who always drove fast cars, had a cheeky sense of humour and gave me more chocolate than I could possibly eat - he was a perfect uncle in every way!
