Team Will Power 2021

Tyler Pilarski is raising money for UPMC Children's Hospital Foundation
In memory of Will Pilarski
The foundation exists to provide financial support for the hospital’s mission of improving the health and well-being of children, teenagers, and young adults through excellence in patient care, teaching, research, and advocacy.

Story

In 2017, I lost my little brother Will to brain cancer at the age of 10.  During his battle, I got to witness many other courageous kids in their own fight, whether it was at the hospital getting treatments or at a cancer event for kids. Unfortunately, cancer is a disease that wins far too often and has such an affect on so many.

Since 2018, I have raised money to donate to Children's Hospital to support their fight against childhood cancer. Normally, this is done through a fundraising event known as Thon that my high school puts on. Due to COVID and short notice they did not give a link to donate directly; therefore, I decided to continue the tradition on my own instead.

Over the past three years, Team Will Power (in honor of my brother) has been able to raise over $20,000 due to the generosity of all of you amazing people. We'd be honored and grateful if you joined us once again in the fight by making a donation to help us crush our goal of $12,000! We know that this past year has been a hard one for a lot of people, but if you are able to, please consider making a donation. Every little bit counts!
