National Ugly Mugs is a reporting mechanism for sex workers who are often targeted by dangerous individuals. NUM issues alerts to sex workers & feeds intelligence to police, aiming to reduce the offending career of some of the most dangerous serial sexual offenders who pose a threat to us all.

Story

I'll be on a one way flight to Biarritz, France with the intention of making my way down to Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port to start my 800km walk to Santiago de Compostela, Spain. It'll take anywhere between 25-30 days.

Yes, I am nuts. No, I am not travelling with anybody else. Yes, I will be safe. Yes, you can follow my decent into madness over at instagram.com/willwalkforwaffles

Help support NUM by giving as much as you can. They're a fantastic charity who support sex workers across the U.K. and most importantly, help keep them safe.

Supporting NUM with a regular gift is the best way you can help them achieve long-term goals. Your money helps support the network in many different ways;

£10 a month would pay for 100 SMS alerts and with 46% of sex workers who used NUM reporting that they avoided specific individuals as a direct result of our alerts, we know that these alerts are reducing the amount of violent crime sex workers face.

£15 a month prints and distributes 100 Making Sex Workers Safer booklets.

£25 a month ensures that a sex worker making a report is provided with all the support and guidance needed.

Thank you for reading and I hope you can tag along with my journey!
