An update: We've hit our target! Thank you SO much to everyone who's taken part, sponsored our team and wished us well. In October and November, Hannah, Alan, Sue, Chris, Claire and Lindy completed their skydives, raising almost £4000 between them and taking us well beyond our £10k goal. We've a couple more events in mind, as the fundraising doesn't stop there. Watch this space...

Shildon to Shore kicks off 28th June 2019!

Our Wilsonart cycling team hit the road to cycle 250 miles from our Lambton Street site in Shildon, County Durham (England) up to our site at Shore Laminates in Perth (Scotland) in only 3 days, and on the way they raised over £7000 for Alzheimer's Society! 

This year, our staff have also taken part in fancy dress days, baking events and even a sponsored slim... And up next, it's skydiving! 6 brave staff will be taking to the skies to raise money in September.

We're aiming to raise £10,000 for the Alzheimer's Society in 2019 and we'd love your support. So, if you want to help without having to don the padded cycling shorts, we hope you'll donate as every little helps.

The Society are doing a fantastic job for people living with Dementia but research funding is always so desperately needed. This charity is close to all our hearts in particualr for two of our longest serving members of staff (John Goldsborough and Kevin Allen) who chose Alzheimer's as our 2019 charity, which is fully supported by Wilsonart.
