I've been a groundsman at Wimbledon for 7 years after studying for my National Diploma in Sportsturf at Myerscough College and working at The Northern Lawn Tennis Club in my summer holidays. I feel very blessed to have been lucky enough to work in sport which is a big passion of mine and so I think a charity like Perennial is a worthy cause for the sportsturf world.
