Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As a long standing active Wimborne RFC Club member, I (Trevor 'Smax' Smith) have recently been diagnosed with Oropharyngeal Cancer.
I would personally like to raise awareness of the great support network that Macmillan Staff provide.

Wimborne RFC Coach/Player Dave Oddie has offered to raise funds for this amazing Charity, and he will be joined by our eldest son Curly.

This Cycle Ride will take place on 22nd, 23rd & 24th February 2019,
hoping to arrive back at Wimborne RFC in time for the Colts kick off.
During the three days, we will cover approximately 450 miles and will visit all Rugby Clubs that Wimborne Colts are playing this Season.
The reason behind this, is that I have been Colts Manager at Wimborne RFC for 15 years, and they play a huge part in my life.

I would like to thank Dave and Curly for the incredible offer, of their time and their commitment to the cause. Also, Abacus Vehicle Hire, for donating a Support Van, and Samways Cycle Shop for their generous support and contributions.

If you are able to make a donation, however large or small, it will be greatly appreciated, and will make a massive difference to the Macmillan Support Team.

Thank you for taking the time to read My Story, and if you'd like to know any more, please get in touch.
