Thanks to the people at Great Run, they have offered me a place in the 2023 Great South Run on October 15th 2023!

On October 16th 2022, I will be taking part in the Great South Run. I am fundraising for Bromley & Croydon Women's Aid.

Bromley & Croydon Women's Aid believe in providing high-quality services to anyone fleeing domestic abuse. We focus on maintaining the independence, confidence and self-esteem of anyone we help and we aim to be responsive to the needs of individuals in a culturally appropriate and sensitive way. We have been working 40 years to:

• offer refuge to women and children fleeing domestic abuse from across the UK
• offer one-to-one sessions and support groups for victims of domestic abuse not in refuge
• focus on prevention through educational programmes
