Hoylake Cottage Prize Draw 2008/2009 Terms & conditions

1. Entrants must provide their contact details including name and telephone number.

2. All entries must be accompanied by a donation of £1.00 for each ticket.

3. The competition is open to UK residents 17 years and over only. Overseas players and under 17’s are not eligible.

4. The Suzuki Swift prize specification is a 1.3 GL 3 Door in a colour of your choice and is correct from the launch date but is subject to the manufacturer’s normal model changes and the eventual prize model may not precisely reflect the specification given on the website.

5. There is no cash alternative to any prize.

6. The draw deadline is 13th April 2009 when all sold and unsold counterfoils must be received by Hoylake Cottage and the draw will take
place on 13th April 2009 with an independent adjudicator as a witness.

7. The winner will be contacted directly by Hoylake Cottage staff.

8. The prize will be presented to the winner within 4 weeks of the draw. The winner must arrange their own transport and accommodation when collecting the prize and is responsible for arranging and paying for appropriate vehicle insurance and or transportation.

9. When collecting the prize, the winner must agree to participate in publicity organised by Hoylake Cottage and Stoneacre, New Brighton and Suzuki.

10. Only entries completed on printed tickets with payment will be accepted – no photocopies.

11. Hoylake Cottage will not take responsibility for any lost tickets posted via the post office or any other companies.

12. All employees of Hoylake Cottage or Stoneacre Garage and
their relatives and the companies supplying the prizes are eligible to enter.

All data collected will be used solely for this promotion and kept in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

We will not publish or provide personal details to any third parties who are not part of this promotion.
