Our Christmas single "WINTER WARMER" is a song about missing home and keeping warm this Christmas. We figured it would be great if the money raised from sales could actually help keep someone a bit warmer this winter.
All proceeds from the sale of the single and at the release show go to Swansea Young Single Homeless Project (SYSHP).
Your cash will be spent on:
1) A Christmas dinner and day out for the young people this Christmas.
2) Start up packs - providing the basics when someone first enters the care of SYSHP.
So, help keep someone warm this Christmas and donate here!

More about Broken Fires & this release
Broken Fires are a 7 piece alternative pop band. They make their records in kitchens, bedrooms and garages. Their debut album Silhouettes was released in May 2015, receiving a set of glowing reviews and generous airplay on BBC Radio 1, BBC Radio Wales and local stations from Brooklyn to Cardiff.
Broken Fires have teamed up with Swansea Young Single Homeless Project (SYSHP) to release a special limited edition Christmas single ‘Winter Warmer’. A lo-fi, ethereal and warming pop track, ‘Winter Warmer’ is the perfect soundtrack to a glass of mulled wine on a snowy December evening.
All proceeds will go to SYSHP to purchase packs of basic household items for young people starting out on their own for the first time. Help make Christmas a little bit warmer for these young people by spreading the word and buying the single.
SYSHP’s vision is of a society where young people are valued for the contributions that they make; where they are the solution and not the problem.
A Swansea charity set up to provide practical and emotional support to young people some of whom have faced many challenges in their lives. SYSHP provides accommodation, support and advice at a crucial time in young people’s lives. Last year SYSHP supported 236 young people, 79 within SYSHP’s own temporary accommodation.
