All of the money raised will stay within Northern Ireland to support local cancer patients, their families and carers, funds cancer research and campaigns for better health policies. Cancer is such a terrible disease, affecting so many families,  leaving creating such devastation and loss. We need to keep striving for earlier diagnosis and better treatment to combat this disease. Any pledge, the matter how small, will make a difference. Thanks so much in advance.
