The 7th of January 2021 will mark the 7th anniversary of my Dad’s untimely passing as a result of a heart condition. The more money we can raise, the more research can be done which will mean more families get to spend precious years together. I can’t lie, I’m at that age where I need to look after myself better. I need to drink less, eat healthier and exercise more so that I get to spend many more years with my daughter. This challenge is the kickstart I need a d your support will make all the difference.
