We, the students of Imperial College Business School, are raising funds to help support COVID relief work in India, which is currently facing a devastating second wave of Covid-19. India's surge in infections began around mid-March and increased rapidly, reaching a peak of more than 400,000 recorded daily cases on Friday, 30 April. The cries of the stricken appeared on our social feeds, asking for a cylinder of oxygen, a vial of remdesivir, a hospital bed, home remedies, any kind of advice or solace. We call upon all the members of Imperial College and the International community, whether a part of Indian diaspora or not, to contribute and join us to support the British Asian Trust and Oxygen for India Initiative to help manage the burden on Indian Healthcare System.
