"On 4^th December, after months of being in and out of hospital, Emma, my older sister was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer that has spread to her lungs and bones. Having already beaten cancer once this year would have been her 5^th in remission. Charities play such an important role in dealing with cancer in all its forms and after speaking with Emma about the upcoming mud run she has suggested raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support a charity which focuses on helping people with all types of cancer and one which Emma has not only been helped by in the past but has also supported for many years.

In the face of this news and all the difficulties it presents we have been overwhelmed by the kindness of others. Thank you to everyone involved and raising money for being a part of that.
