Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

When we were asked to make custom knitted bobble hats for Frightened Rabbit, we were OVER THE MOON with excitement.  It's one of our proudest achievements as a small Scottish business because we love these guys. Frightened Rabbit have been a solid part of the soundtrack of our lives for the past 10 years, their music has made us jump around, sing out loud and dance our socks off.  Their lyrics have also made us think about life, learn to laugh at ourselves and cry a wee bit too.

We are Alison, Debbie, Fiona & Helen and we're responsible for knitting, stitching and bitching our way through hunners of hats for this amazing band!

Out of respect for the amazing talent that is Scott Hutchison, we want to support SAMH by doing this active and positive challenge.  Our quest is to climb 4200 stairs in Murrayfield Stadium, which is both physically and mentally challenging.

Scott spent time working with SAMH to encourage openness and confidence in talking about our mental health.  We are doing this as a team to support each other and demonstrate the impact that working together has on our well-being.  If the sight of us 4 red faced girls cursing our way around Murrayfield makes someone smile, we'll have succeeded in brightening a small part of their day.

We would be so grateful if you are able to help us to raise our target of £1200 which will go directly to SAMH.  Sometimes support services are taken for granted but they need supported too, this is our way of saying THANK YOU for being there.
