A team from Wood Group's PSNK & Mustang with support by Mechtool Engineering (MTE) supporting the Tengizchevroil - Future Growth Project is climbing the three highest peaks in Great Britian to raise funds for Zoe's Place.

The Tengizchevroil project is based in Woking and Teesside in the UK and Atyrau in Kazakhstan.  The team members will come together in late June and aim to complete the National Three Peaks.  To complete the Natioanal Three Peaks challenge, personnel must conquer the three highest mountains in Scotland (Ben Nevis - 1345m), Wales (Snowdon - 1085m) and England (Scarfell Pike - 987m) IN 24 HOURS!

Some simple facts about the challenge ahead:

 - 13hrs of climbing!

 - 11hrs of driving bettween each climb!

 - Around 24miles in distance!

 - Over 3000m climbing, thats nearly 1/3rd of Mount Everest!!

Apart from keeping in shape we want to support a very worthwhile childrens charity, Zoe's Place.  Some children don't get to have a playful young life, some children wont see adult life as we know it!  Zoe's place is a home from home for babies and infants who have life threatening conditions.  Zoe's place offers palliative, specialist respite, and end of life care for infants from birth to five years old. 

Whatever your belief, these unfortunate children have not had the start in life most get, a small token of generosity can help provide some joy!!
