Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On the 14th October 2017 I will be spending 24hrs in a cage as part of Animals Asia''s unBEARable challenge. The cage will be in a large metal agricultural building and will be on a concrete floor. My only contact with the outside world will be from receiving some food at set times and also when I go live on FB and twitter throughout the 24hrs so people can see my progress. I will also post updates on twitter, FB and here. I may get the odd visitor but that will be for a limited set time and only for photographs. That is it, no other contact will be made with me. Going to the loo could prove interesting too!

 I hope to raise money but also to hi-light the work that Animals Asia do in rescuing moon bears and dogs from cages where they spend years of their lives. I cannot imagine the suffering these animals go through. My challenge will be tough but I am determined to see it through to the end. I will have luxuries that the animals do not have for example I will have blankets and my partner will bring me food (I hope). Most of all I know that I will be able to leave the cage. The bears do not have such luxury.
