This is my third fundraiser so thank you for supporting me again!

I have been nominated by one of my workoutswithSophie members Catherine Kelsey as her lockdown hero as I delivered live workouts through lockdown! Thank you Catherine! This really touched me and means a lot, my dream has always been to help other people protect their mental health & over come mental health illnesses through fitness so having this opportunity has filled a huge hole in my heart! Lockdown has given me the chance to really connect with people virtually & focus on prioritizing mental health & fitness in these challenging times! 

I have won a £50 amazon voucher & £100 for my chosen charity! Thank you Santa Hull run! 

As my main priority is protecting peoples mental health & helping people overcome anxiety & depression etc. I would like to donate the £100 to young minds mental health charity so this money can help our younger generation look after their mental health as well as adults. It is important to provide access & help for children at a young age so they can understand their mind & how to manage it & prevent illnesses progressing. When I suffered with anxiety & panic attacks I had no idea what was wrong with me & I bottled it up for so long making it worse. When I spoke up & learnt what was happening that's when I started to heal. I am so happy mental health is talked about more & we spread awareness more as it is so important to pick up on it early.  Mental health is invisible so noticing signs in children & providing help is great.

I am also currently studying to become children's fitness instructor as well as an adult fitness instructor! This is so I can also deliver workouts for children & teach them how fitness can improve their confidence & prevent them from feeling low. I am very excited to get started with this & hopefully prevent children feeling like I did! 

I have decided to raffle my £50 amazon voucher so I can raise as much money as possible for Young minds mental health! It is £1 per raffle ticket so the more tickets you by the higher chance you have of winning!

I have also won a place to take part in the Hull Santa run on 5th Dec 2021... I am not a runner but I am happy to take my place as I appreciate this award! I have to dress up as Santa & everyone knows I love a bit of fancy dress haha! I will also be raising money at the end of the year for this cause for my Santa run.

I will also deliver a free 45 minute workout live when I do the raffle draw on my FREE LIVE WORKOUTS WITH SOPHIE page as its for charity this class will be free! 

The raffle & workout will take place on Saturday 30th January 2021.
