❤️ 10th October is World Mental health Day! ❤️
I live with depression and work every day to manage it like I know so many do with their mental health conditions. It’s a daily unpredictable struggle.
I discovered coaching when I was very depressed and it really opened up my eyes to a valuable kind of professional support I didn't even know was available. That one session made a huge difference!
I would love for more people to experience the power of coaching and the ways in which it can help them. But being a part of it, I can see that it is not affordabel to all and that can make it hard to access.
So a group of coaches have come together to offer our listening ears, support, patience and compassion.
