Worlds Toughest Mudder - virtual · 7 November 2020

We’re leading the fight for a future where all young minds are supported and empowered, whatever the challenges. We’re here to make sure children and young people get the best possible mental health support and have the resilience to overcome life’s difficulties. Join our fight.

Story

I will be taking part in Worlds Toughest Mudder - Virtual 2020 on 7th November.

This will involve running 5mile laps around Coningsby and then after each lap completing a range of mental and physical challenges before going out to complete another lap.

The difference here: there is no atmosphere; no crowd and music; no other competitors around me all doing the same thing; at times it will be just me and my head torch running through the autumn darkness... and only myself to keep me going...

My initial aim is to cover 80miles in 24hrs (over 3 marathons in distance back to back) if I succeed, then the next target is 100miles in 24hrs.
