Story

Niall Guite has been selected as a cyclist to represent Great Britain in the Special Olympic World Summer Games in Berlin June 2023.

This is an amazing opportunity and Niall has been training so hard to get this far. We are fundraising to support Special Olympics Sheffield who will be paying for Niall, 2 other athletes and 5 coaches to go.

The costs of this will be approximately £15,000 to cover ALL flights, transfers, accommodation, kit and food for the duration of the games. Each athlete cost £2500 and £1250 per coach.

Please donate what you can. Every little helps and goes a long way. We really appreciate your help and support. Please share with your family and friends.

Special Olympics Sheffield sole purpose is to provide sporting opportunities to people with an intellectual disability and is entirely made up of volunteers. Fundraising to support all our athletes is essential in order to continue this work.

Niall is very excited and training so hard to be the best he can be. It would be brilliant  if you would support them on this amazing adventure.

This is not the first time he is representing  Great Britain as he won a gold medal in 2015. Being the amazing human he is he has decided to change sports and try competing in cycling. #goingforgold 🚴‍♂️
