Sunday 9th July - British 10k, Central London - complete

Sunday 30th July - Run For Champagne 10k, Cotswolds - sadly, cancelled by organisers

Tuesday 12th September - Run The River, London 10k - completed by Tony, cheered by Tanya

Sunday 1st October - Blenheim Palace 10k - Run by Tony, walked by Tanya

Sunday 8th October - Adidas City Runs Shoreditch 10k - Completed by Tony (and he got a new PB!), supported by Tanya
