Mark's ‘Who Stole Grandma?’ for Parkinson’s UK

Mark Lanyon is raising money for Parkinson’s UK
In memory of Geraldine Lanyon
Anyone can get Parkinson’s. It gets worse over time and there’s no cure. Yet. Funding research into the most promising treatments, we’re getting closer to a cure. Until then, we're improving life for people with Parkinson’s, and the people in their lives. Together we'll find a cure.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

‘Who Stole Grandma?’ is the story of mine and my mother’s time together after we learned that she had Parkinson’s Disease.  Although the book is not about Parkinson’s, the time that we shared, and all the fun we fitted in between the challenges and sadness, stemmed from Mom becoming ill.

Now my sister, Aly, who is a principal character in the book, has been diagnosed with PD, so my intention to run this fundraiser has been greatly magnified.
