We walk all year round and in all weathers (unless it's dangerous or really unpleasant). We charge our members £1 per walk to cover meetup.com site fees and travel expenses for the event host. We choose to donate any surplus to charity.

UWFRA are our chosen charity for 2 years from 1st Jan 2017 to 31 Dec 2018. During this time we would expect to raise a total of around £1,500. My employer, HSBC, will match £500 per year and donate up to another £500 a year for my volunteering time. This means we should be able to make a total donation of around £3,500.
