In 2020, staff members across the Wales & West Housing Group were planning to take on the Welsh Three Peaks challenge, to raise money for our staff charity Mind Cymru.

Due to Covid-19 that has been postponed until next spring but charities like Mind Cymru need that support more than ever..

So we decided to take on a challenge of a different kind  that can be done safely from our homes and local areas. We launched the Big 3 Challenge and set a target to raise £3,000 for Mind Cymru.

It's simple - anyone working for Wales & West Housing, Cambria Maintenance Services and Castell Ventures can take on a challenge involving the number 3 within a 3-week time frame and pledge and donate money to meet our target.
