I'm going one step further this year and am running the 'pretty muddy race for life'. Just running 5k isn't enough so I thought I'd really push myself and throw a few obstacles in for good measure! 

I've lost 2 of my amazing grandads to cancer and cancer lost it's fight   against my amazing nan! It is the most horrible disease - not only to those suffering, but to the families supporting and being left behind! If we can all donate a small amount of money, maybe our children and grandchildren won't have to suffer? Watch out cancer, we're coming to get you!
