Samaritans’ Brew Monday is coming, and we’d like to invite everyone at CrossCountry to share the warmth with customers and colleagues over a cuppa and a chat. 

Brew Monday is a takeover of ‘Blue Monday’, the third Monday in January, which has been dubbed ‘the most difficult day of the year’ for many. Samaritans has turned the day on its head by embracing that great tradition of getting together to talk over a cup of tea. After a difficult 2020 and a challenging start to 2021, now more than ever it is key to reach out, check in, and stay connected.     

On Monday 18 January, we hope you will join us in hosting virtual coffee mornings and donate £2 each within your teams.

We would love to see all colleagues across CrossCountry take some time to stop, have a chat and grab a brew to support this important initiative. If you would like to be in with the chance of winning a ‘Taste of Bettys Gift Tin’ from the renowned Yorkshire tearoom, post your pictures of your virtual coffee morning on our Yammer page using the hashtag #XCBrewMonday2021.
