In July 2012 I lost my dear friend Paul ‘Shirley’ Thompson who died suddenly at football training. He will be missed dearly by all of his friends and leaves behind a loving family for whom things will never be the same again.

He was sport loving, fit and healthy and lead an active full life, to lose him expectantly at such a young age is devastating. It's unbelievable that something like this could happen to him. This is why I am joining the BHF Y3P challenge With Martyn Jackson to raise money for the BHF in memory of Shirls.
