We offer professional mental health support by harnessing the healing power of nature. We bring together hill-walking, mindfulness and time with experienced coaches and counsellors in an unhurried, unpressured setting. £9.72 funds an hour of supported outdoor therapy.

A team of Cumbrian hiking friends who have come together to take on some of the UK’s biggest mountain and long distance hiking challenges.
