Remembrance Dance Film

Remembrance Dance Film · 8 November 2020
Thank you for taking the time to visit the Remembrance Dance Film fundraising page in aid of The Royal British Legion and Poppy Appeal.
Sadly, due to Covid-19 many fundraising events have been cancelled. Despite the restrictions and challenges raised, we wanted to support the act of remembrance and keep it alive so that the sacrifices our brave service men and women do not go unobserved this year.
In order to adapt and fundraise, I decided to create a short Dance Film inspired by the memories of soldiers and universal stories of War.
I would like to say thank you to the wonderfully talented and committed cast and crew who have come along with me in this vision. Thank you for giving up your time and energies to collaborate and make the piece come to life following the Covid-19 guidelines using support bubbles and social distancing.
In honour of Dame Vera Lynn, someone who devoted her time to keep the service men and women's spirits high, the piece is choreographed to "We'll Meet Again".
The Remembrance Dance Film will be released on Sunday 8th November on various social media platforms including the "Kent RBL Poppy" Facebook page.
Please watch, please share and if you have a few spare pennies during this difficult time, please donate. Any contribution will be gratefully received by The Royal British Legion.
