Story

What is The Billy Bland Challenge?

The Billy Bland Challenge is a relay of all 5 legs of the Bob Graham Round. This 66 mile, 28,000ft lap of 42 peaks in the Lake District, named after its founder, Bob Graham, is to be completed in 24hrs.

HOWEVER! We intend to take on local fell runner, Billy Bland’s record of 13 hours and 53 minutes.

The Route

Starting and finishing at the Moot Hall in Keswick, our team of runners will take on 5 challenging legs.

Why?

Today, millions of young people live challenging lives. With your support, we can deliver experiences that have the power to change futures. Together, through the work we do at YHA, we can help young people discover amazing places. Lets turn isolation into exploration, adversity into adventure, and fear into freedom!

Please show your support for our team and donate here. Donations no matter how small or large will help make a real difference in transforming a young person's life.

Thank you for supporting YHA
