We will be joining the CF Warrior Games 2023 on 17th June. Our team of 4 will go head-to-head in a tag team style circuit non-stop…for 24 hours!! 

With the support of PHP gym owner, Patrick Walsh and fellow gym goers Sian Walsh and Dafydd Quarry. We are ready to take on this challenge together for a great cause. 

CF Warriors UK mission is to raise awareness of the importance of sport & exercise  in the CF community. The charity have also collaborated with Portsmouth University’s School of Sport promoting the benefits of physical activity, exercise and good nutrition to  children and families with Cystic Fibrosis. 

As a mother of 2 children with Cystic Fibrosis, I know how important exercise will be in my children’s lives. My aim is to inspire them to love exercise, so they can see the benefits to not only their lung function but their overall health and well-being. Cystic Fibrosis will be with them for life and they will face many challenges. But I know with a combination of exercise and new life changing, breakthrough treatments available to them soon, they can have a life unlimited by CF.
