Story
In taking time for yourself on the mat you are also reaching out to others. So thank you thank you thank you.
What is the Yoga at Home Movement?
While in isolation I teach online yoga classes to friends and family. Partly because it's been important for us to have an event in the diary to stop, shake everything off and just breathe, but it's also just helped us feel connected by doing something together, apart. I never ask for any money; all the classes I have done and will continue to do are completely free. But many people are looking for ways to help outside of their mats, and I thought this would be a way to connect beyond our screens to the places where our support is needed most right now. So, this is a small platform for anyone who wants to donate anything they can spare to help the NHS fight during the incredibly challenging circumstances we are all currently facing.
How do I get involved?
If you know anyone that wants to take a yoga class for charity (or just for yourself!), whether they are complete beginners or well-practiced, young or old, injured or fighting fit send me a message (details below) and I'll be on your screens with a tailored yoga practice that hopefully fulfills both the mind and body's needs.

Can I donate anywhere else?
I also have a JustGiving page to specifically donate to two particularly vulnerable groups I care very deeply about. If you would like to donate to these the links are as follows:
Help Refugees: https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/yogaathome-helprefugees
Woman's Trust: https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/yogaathome-womensaid
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
