Our trauma-sensitive yoga and meditation programmes support the rehabilitation of offenders and improve education and training opportunities for people in prison, with an evidence-based approach to enhancing wellbeing, reducing recidivism, and preparing individuals for life beyond custody.

Story

Thank you for visiting Dru Yoga and Wellbeing Conference's 'Yoga for Charity' sponsorship page for the Prison Phoenix Trust. This fun event takes place from 18-23rd August at the Dru Conference in Epsom, where you're invited to gain sponsorship for practising rounds of the ‘Sun Salutation’ (Surya Namaskar).

Every morning, in the 7.30am yoga sessions at the conference, you can practise as many rounds as you can comfortably manage. If you like a real challenge you can aim for 108 over 5 days, but of course you determine how many you want to do – 5, 10 or 20 rounds over the 5 days is great too!

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to get people to sponsor you: the Prison Phoenix Trust will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you. So please donate to the  Prison Phoenix Trust now!

Many thanks for your support from the Dru Team
